Do you need a good level of fitness to start?


Absolutely not! All of our sessions are individually catered for people of any level. Whether you are a complete beginner or have been training for a while, you will find the sessions, challenging but enjoyable.




Where do you carry out the sessions?


If you are thinking about doing home sessions, these can be done anywhere in your house which has enough room for 2 people (you and your trainer). If there is more than one person, then somewhere slightly bigger may be better. However, if the weather is nice, the garden is a great place to train!




What programmes do you have?


Here at THWH we have some great programmes to suit your lifestyle. Our programmes are split up into home sessions, online sessions, and hybrid sessions. Home sessions provide you with a home service of a trainer coming to visit you between one to three times a week. Online sessions provide you with a one-to-one online personal training session remotely. And our hybrid sessions provide you with an at-home training session followed by online training as well. Simply book in your free consultation and taster session to find out which programme would be best for you.




How long do the sessions last?


Sessions last, on average, between 50-60 minutes.




Are all your trainers fully qualified and insured?


Absolutely! All of our trainers hold a minimum of a full level 3 diploma in personal training and are fully insured to carry out sessions.




How are payments taken?


Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash on arrival.




Do I have to pay in full?


At THWH, we want everyone to benefit from our services. So, we offer flexible payment plans to suit you. NOTE: Payment plans are created by you and your trainer.
